Here are some of the most common questions from our guests — we hope this helps you enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can we check in earlier than 4:00 PM?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you're arriving earlier, please let us know in advance. While early check-in is not guaranteed due to cleaning and preparation, we'll do our best to accommodate you. If the house isn't ready, you're welcome to safely leave your luggage at the villa.
Can we invite friends over?
Visitors are welcome for short visits. However, overnight stays or full-day use of the property/inventory by unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. However, feel free to contact us — we may be open to exceptions upon request.
How far is the beach, and can we walk there?
There's a convenient shortcut from the house to the beach, which takes about 5–10 minutes on foot.
Where is the nearest grocery store or shopping center?
The nearest supermarket (Studenac) is just 1 km away. Walk down our street, turn left at the main road, and you'll see the sign on your right.

Yes! All of our favorite local restaurants and excursions are included in this brochure.
Is the Wi-Fi strong enough for work or streaming?
Yes! We use Starlink satellite internet — it's fast and reliable, perfect for both personal use and remote work.
Do we need to rent a car?
We recommend renting a car for full flexibility and comfort. If not, we're happy to arrange transfers and connect you with reliable local taxi drivers.
Can we walk to the town center?
Yes, the center is about 1.9 km away, which is approximately a 30-minute walk.
Are there any noise rules?
Please avoid loud music or noise between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM to respect the peaceful neighborhood.
Is tap water safe to drink?
Yes, tap water is clean and safe to drink.
